Effective Immediately and retroactive to the first release version 1.01

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED, except only if it is found and proven that our products were defective directly on our servers or providers servers.  We have tested our systems, software and delivery process numerous times with a great deal of success and we are confident that there should be little to no issues with the delivery process of our software and products.  However, due to various system configurations we can not guarantee the files will not be corrupted during delivery via the internet to your computer.    It is the responsibility of the licensee to ensure that their system meets the minimum requirements to run our tradigiTOOLS version 1 software in conjunction with Autodesk's MAYA software (versions 7, 8, 8.5 Service Pack 1 ONLY and 2008 Service Pack 1) and is kept maintained and updated according to their systems manufacturer requirements as well.  We do not and can not offer support for licensees systems or software outside of our products.
