Hello!

I have a suggestion when making a playblast with tradigitools.  I would like to be able to change the name file without having to go to the playblast option box and change it there.  I would be cool to be able to do that instead of overwriting everything time you click on AnimBlast.

Is there anything like that available currently?  Sorry if there is! Smiley  I'm new to the tool!

Thanks!

I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean.  The shotmask info DOES get saved.  If you set up the shotmask and CREATE it in the ANIMBlast tab all should be well.  Can you clarify?

Sure I can! Smiley

When you make a playblast through the Maya playblast options, at the bottom you can check the save to file option and also gives you the option to set the destination of the file with any name you want.

When I click Animblast using Tradigitools, it ask me if I want to override the previous file it used to save the playblast.  Is there any way I can set the destination and name of the playblast, so it doesn't automatically overrides the previous playblast within TradigiTools?

I hope that clarifies my first post!  Thanks Dimos! Smiley

Ahhhh!  Sorry about the confusion.

No, there is currently no way to do that.  Best thing is probably to turn off that function in the PLAYBLAST options and save each playblast or ANIMBlast after the render.

We are always looking into making tradigiTOOLS better so thanks for this but of info.

Cheers!
