Some fellow animators and myself find it helpful to have different playback speeds. We've created 6 mel buttons to toggle playback rates.

playbackOptions -ps 1;
// Result:1//
playbackOptions -ps .75;
// Result:0.75//
playbackOptions -ps .60;
// Result:0.6//
playbackOptions -ps .45;
// Result:0.45//
playbackOptions -ps .30;
// Result:0.3//
playbackOptions -ps .15;

p.s. I purchased the plug-in today and it's really great! Thanks!

I guess those playback speeds work in the built in player "FCHECK".  I usually suggest to Maya users to use an external viewer such as Quicktime.  I also like viewing animation at different speeds as well as backwards and mirrorred.  It helps look at things differently and refreshes your eyes a little.

Currently tradigiTOOLS does not have any player function however we are "designing" a new player (for lack of a better word) that will have functions like the one we are discussing as well as other functions to help work more efficiently and "traditionally".  Oh, and work well with tradigiTOOLS too, obviously.  ;-)
