Hi there!

I just bought the tradigiTools and can't wait to try them out. I installed everything and followed every step in the instructions, but when I try to load the tools in my plug-in manager, I get an error (// Error: This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.) Well... no... reinstalling didn't fix the problem  Sad. Can somebody please help me? I'm running Maya on Win XP 64bit.

Thanks a lot!  Smiley

Hey Tim,

Seems like you may not be using a supported version of Maya.  Please see the following discussion for further information on what you need in order to run tradigiTOOLS.

It's in the first post.

Cheers!

Hey Dimos!

Wow, that was a quick reply! Thanks!

I use Maya 2008 for Win XP64, SP1 and just installed the Microsoft Visual Studio thing... I rebooted my computer but it still doesn't work. Don't know what I screwed up... Smiley Do you have another idea?

By the way, I saw your workflow demo last term at AM. Really cool stuff! I think I finally found my workflow now and some of your tips are a part of it. Smiley Thanks for that!

Cheers!

No worries!  Thank you for the update.  We weren't sure what was causing the issue but it just seemed like a bad Maya install.  Good to know it's working for you.

Cheers!
