I get this message

I'm running Maya 2008 on a PC

Any suggestions?

Please make sure you're using the supported (latest) version of Maya.  See discussion in News & Updates section.  Also, check to see you have the latest version of tradigiTOOLS.

Thanks.  I found the maya update I need.  Do you know if I have to uninstall my current Maya and reinstall the service pack?  I can't find that info on the Autodesk website, thought you might know.

That info SHOULD be somewhere on the Autodesk site.  I am not entirely sure but I do believe you should uninstall the previous version (except for the documentation).  Please refer to Autodesk's recommendations on installing the updates.  It is found in the same location as the download section from Autodesk.  It should come in a PDF format.
